The company came into existence because the management of the company saw a great need for a highly knowledgeable, well trained and professional team of investigators who could do all types of investigations. Cases are done professionally, carefully, detailed and discreet by a team of well educated, skilled and experienced agents who specialize in different areas.

At Private Investigations Limited, we have a high standard of recruitment and strict policy guidelines. We perform thorough background checks and screening on employees. And ensure confidentiality and the delivery of proper professional work to our clients. All investigations are considered to be very important, decisions are made because of the information and evidence our agents are able to provide to our clients. Our investigators work anywhere in the world, at anytime, and free consultations and advice surrounding their case are given to our clients.

There are no fixed fees for an investigation. Each investigation differs from the other as there may be varying circumstances and different customer needs.

What does it cost?

There are many factors that can affect the cost to conduct an investigation.
Such factors can include:

  • The subject of the investigation, their profession and the circumstances
  • The type of investigation: missing person, location of assets, infidelity investigation etc.
  • The amount of information provided to us by the client
  • The timing of the investigation and the situation at present

  • The type of special skill, qualification, experience and expertise needed to do the investigation
  • The location where the investigation is being done or where information is to be obtained from
  • The sources of information that is required to be tapped into
  • The duration and sensitivity of the investigation

We take our time whilst interviewing our clients and it is very important that the client give as many facts and information as possible regarding the required investigation, the purpose of the investigation and their desired end result. 

Normally the client’s perception of an investigation differs much from what an investigation is and how it is done. We carefully explain detailed aspects of an investigation until we are fully satisfied that the client understands. We have trained personnel, who after speaking and listening to each client’s case, would advise them accordingly. We can never guarantee a predetermined result because there are always too many unknown facts about the investigation even to our client.

As trained professionals we would not undertake an investigation if we believe our client does not have a full understanding of it. All exchanged information is completely confidential and we safeguard and protect the identity of our clients.
